All orders within the UK are sent with Royal Mail Next Day Delivery with an arrival time by 1 PM. All our packages are fully insured and need to be signed for so that the package is received safely.
If an attempted delivery has been made, your parcel will be transferred to your local sort office where it can be retrieved upon proof of identity.
For overseas deliveries some small charges apply on certain products.
Shipping and Handling charges are included in your purchasing price. There are no hidden fees.
If there is an exchange needed per our policy, we will pay the shipping to send the new size back.
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please feel free to contact us within 30 days.

For reasons of hygiene earrings and pierced jewel upgrades may only be exchanged if authorised by us in writing
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
